This Subscription Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing subscription-based services offered by WEBBIESS WEBSECURITY SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“Webbiess”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to our services, the subscriber (“you”, “client”, or “customer”) agrees to comply with this policy.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans tailored to individual, business, and enterprise clients. Plans differ in scope, service level, support response times, and pricing.

3. Subscription Activation
- Subscriptions become active upon successful payment confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your subscription details, invoice, and service start date.
- Activation may take up to 24–48 business hours depending on service complexity.
4. Billing and Payment
- All subscription fees are prepaid and must be paid in full before the start of the subscription cycle.
- Subscription cycles can be monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual, based on the plan selected.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Bank Transfers, and approved online wallets.
- GST will be applied as per applicable laws (GSTIN: 36AADCW9643H1ZX).
Note: Delayed payments may lead to suspension or termination of service.
5. Renewal and Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions are auto-renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless explicitly cancelled.
- Renewal reminders are sent 7 days prior to the renewal date.
- Clients may opt out of auto-renewal through their account dashboard or by contacting support.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Subscriptions can be cancelled any time through your account or via a written request to support@webbiess.com.
- Refund Policy:
- No refunds are provided for cancellations made after 7 days of subscription activation.
- Prorated refunds are not available unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
7. Changes to Subscription Plans
- We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue any plan with prior notice to active subscribers.
- Clients may upgrade or downgrade plans at any time. Any change in plan fees will be adjusted accordingly in the next billing cycle.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services under the following conditions:
- Violation of our Terms of Service or this Subscription Policy.
- Non-payment of subscription fees.
- Usage of services for malicious, unlawful, or unethical activities.
