11. Introduction
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms applicable to cancellation requests and refund eligibility for subscription-based services offered by Webbiess Websecurity Services (OPC) Private Limited (“Webbiess”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By subscribing to our services, the subscriber (“you”, “client”, or “customer”) agrees to comply with this Policy.
2. Minimum Subscription Commitment
- All subscription plans require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months.
- Cancellation requests before completing the minimum term will not be accepted.
3. Cancellation Process
- Subscriptions can be cancelled through your Webbiess account dashboard or by submitting a written cancellation request to support@webbiess.com.
- A 30-day advance notice is required for cancellation after the minimum term is completed.
4. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued after 7 days of subscription activation.
- Prorated refunds are not available for unused service periods.
- One-time registration/setup fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided in cases of:
- Non-usage of services,
- Early termination within the 3-month commitment,
- Service suspension due to non-payment or violation of terms.
5. Service Termination and Impact
- Upon cancellation, all associated services (websites, apps, infrastructure) will be deactivated.
- Webbiess retains full intellectual property rights to code, configurations, and digital assets deployed during the subscription.
- Resuming services post-cancellation may involve re-deployment or setup charges.
6. Suspension due to Non-Payment
- Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services without prior notice.
- Services will only be reinstated after clearing outstanding dues in full.
7. Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and resource allocation, Webbiess follows a strict no-refund policy. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their plan details before subscribing.
